Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Italy (domestic): Standard shipping 3–5 business days | Express shipping 1–2 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Marella Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages Marella Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
